An AR/VR experience for millennial shoppers to receive a personalized experience of browsing, selecting, and ultimately purchasing Microsoft products.

Goals

Alleviate customer uncertainty for the period of time between placing an order and receiving it in person.

Transform the comfort and information typically gathered from speaking to a sales associate into an enhanced digital experience.

Why is this needed? 

All but 5 of Microsoft's brick-and-mortar retail locations were closed due to COVID-19. Given the lack of real-life touchpoints to get acquainted with Microsoft products before purchasing, Microsoft must reimagine the digital retail experiene.

This experience features use-case specific product quizzes, interactive customer reviews, 3-dimensional product views, amongst other methods to find the perfect product fit.
